Shipping is Free for all orders. No Minimum purchase is required

Each order is customer built in our warehouse, so please allow us 5-7 business days to process your order. Any order placed after 12pm will be shipped out the following day. We will send you an email with your UPS tracking information once it ships.

We take great care if packing your order so it arrives in perfect condition. Our warehouse team packs each order carefully to ensure safe arrival: Each portrait is wrapped with a layer of shrink-wrap that protects the surface, and then it is wrapped with a thick layer of heavy-duty bubble wrap and or foam corners.

You may cancel any order within 24 hours before it has been shipped for a full refund.
You may return any new, unused artwork within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
In order to receive a full refund the artwork must be in new, unused, undamaged condition, and packaged carefully. If returned artwork is received in a condition other than new, there may be a restocking charge assessed . Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return
In case of shipping or damages or errors the return shipping will be covered us. For all other return reasons: You may use your choice of return shipping carrier at your cost, or request a return shipping label and have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund. The cost of return shipping will vary ,

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. In the event of a damaged shipment We will ship a new package to you at no charge and have the Fedex pick-up the damaged order. If the package is lost during transit, and we received confirmation from the shipper we will re-ship a your order immediately.
